The Penang Development Corporation (PDC) proposes a RM511.5 million mixed-use development on a 5.2-acre coastal site in Bayan Lepas, Penang, facing the Second Penang Bridge. The 20-storey complex will include corporate offices, purpose-built offices, service apartments, retail shops, and exclusive overwater club residences. Designed with modern and tropical maritime architecture, the project aims for GreenRE – Platinum certification. It will also feature a public promenade connecting nearby coastal developments. Envisioned as Penang’s next iconic landmark after KOMTAR, the project is expected to drive economic growth, attract investments, and support the state’s smart and sustainable city goals.
