Integrating Sustainable Development

  • We manage the project's phases as an extension of the Client’s organization. We establish procedures to appoint an Architect or Engineer for design and a Main Contractor for construction. We oversee their activities from pre-construction to completion, serving as the Client’s single point of contact.

  • We assist the Client in managing the design process by selecting the appropriate Architect and specialty Engineers. Our role includes coordinating their activities and ensuring design integration and construction compatibility throughout all design stages: Concept, Preliminary, Final, and Tender Documents.

  • We manage the tender process on behalf of our clients. This includes short-listing qualified contractors from our extensive database, distributing the tender documents, addressing any tender-related queries, evaluating technical and commercial bids, and making recommendations to the client. Additionally, we prepare the contract to be signed between the client and the successful contractor(s).

  • We represent the Client and oversee the activities of various parties involved, including the Project Manager, Architect/Engineer, Consultant, and Contractor. Acting as the primary point of contact between the Client and these parties, we efficiently coordinate matters that require the Client’s approval and provide advice to help him make informed decisions.

  • These services can be provided to Clients, Designers or Contractors:

    • Value Engineering

      We evaluate the design and provide recommendations to maximize value by analyzing options, systems, and materials to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

    • Cost Analysis and Estimation

      We evaluate the cost of a specific project in two stages. First, we can provide a budgetary estimate based on assumed performance specifications before the design is completed, we can offer a more accurate estimate. Additionally, we provide this pricing service to contractors who are competitively bidding on a project.

    • Procurement

      We conduct market surveys, recommend vendors and subcontractors, issues Requests for Quotation, and analyze technical and commercial offers. Based on our findings, we provide recommendations to our clients for all their project procurement needs. Additionally, we can prepare Purchase Orders on behalf of our clients.

    • Claims Management

      We review and respond to claims submitted against a client, ensuring their best contractual position. Additionally, we can prepare claims on behalf of the client.
