The proposed project is financed through the allocated budget of the Infrastructure Management Division of the Penang Development Corporation (PDC). The industrial lots under this development will be offered for sale to interested investors on an “as is where is” basis. To date, there have been confirmed commitments from two investors for a total land area of 31.68 acres. The entire project site encompasses approximately 160.58 acres.
