The Penang Development Corporation (PDC) is proposing a RM258 million, 9-storey industrial office building on a 3.9-acre site in Bayan Lepas Industrial Park, Penang. Aimed at supporting the growing Global Business Services (GBS) sector, the development will offer MSC-status office spaces, R&D offices, laboratories, and related facilities. Designed with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind, it targets GreenRE – Platinum certification. The project aims to strengthen Penang’s digital economy and position the state as a hub for high-tech and service industries in Northern Malaysia.
