The proposed development is a new Public Market strategically located adjacent to Masjid Bandar Cassia in Batu Kawan, with close access to the road leading to Batu Musang Jetty and Pulau Aman. Spanning approximately 17.77 acres, this market is part of the planned development requirements for the Batu Kawan area. It aims to provide a well-organized and modern trading facility for the local community. Upon completion, the RM 38.77 million project will be handed over to the Seberang Perai City Council (MBSP) for ongoing management and operations.
